Privacy Policy for Note Nest

Effective date: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Note Nest (the “App”) handles information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

The developer of Note Nest does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your notes, tasks, categories, preferences, or other content you create in the App. The App does not require an account and does not request access to sensitive device features such as your precise location, camera, or microphone.

Your content and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to servers operated by the developer. If you uninstall the App, clear its data, lose your device, or remove the local data without a backup, that data may be permanently lost.

2. Third-Party Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Although the developer does not directly collect your personal information, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, and consent choices, this may include:

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law and your choices. Non-personalized ads may still use limited identifiers or local storage for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

Google processes information under its own policies. Review How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. The developer does not control the data practices of Google or other advertising partners.

3. Your Privacy Choices

Where required, the App uses Google’s consent tools to present advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. If a privacy-options control is available in the App settings, you may use it to review or change your choices. You may also limit ad personalization through your device settings.

4. Permissions

The App does not request permission to access your precise location, camera, or microphone. Internet connectivity is used to request and display advertisements and obtain or update advertising consent information.

5. Data Security

Because your content is stored locally, its security depends partly on the security of your device. Use appropriate device protections and maintain backups when necessary. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the user’s country for consenting to personal-information processing. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. External Links and Advertisements

Advertisements may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. The developer is not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or security.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Contact

For questions about this Policy, contact the developer using the support contact on the App’s official store listing.
